The GoElizabethNJ Archive | Original Elizabeth Research

The GoElizabethNJ Archives is a curated body of original historical research integrated into the Elizabeth at 250 timeline.
Through both standalone research entries and archival annotations added to previously published articles, the Archives expand the historical record of Elizabeth. These contributions introduce newly documented findings, clarify historical details, and provide deeper context for the people, places, and events that shaped the city.
Research published through the GoElizabethNJ Archives is developed by historians, researchers, and interns working in collaboration with the Elizabeth Destination Marketing Organization, supporting the campaign’s mission to document, preserve, and share Elizabeth’s role in the American story.
