Elizabeth’s annual 4th of July Celebration brought thousands to the waterfront for an unforgettable day of family fun, fireworks, and cultural expression — all with an exciting FIFA 2026 twist.

The event kicked off at 2:00 PM with a packed lineup of entertainment including belly dancers, a magician, stilt-walkers, and a high-energy Step Crew performance. The FIFA NYNJ Host Committee’s “Skyline to Shoreline” Road Tour truck made a special appearance, offering interactive experiences and giveaways.

Guests enjoyed a wide selection of food trucks, music, and games for all ages — culminating in a dazzling fireworks display over the Elizabeth River.

This year’s celebration brought together the thrill of FIFA 2026 and the patriotic energy of Independence Day to create one of the city’s most exciting summer events.
