Join us this summer for our new series! Design�� build and play with your favorite games on Maker Monday!Drop in to our makerspace to play your favorite board games make your own colonial games, and more! Make and build what you wish and stay as long as you like! This program is designed for students in grades 1 through 5, and a caregiver or guardian must accompany children. You are also welcome to pack a snack or lunch and use one of our picnic tables or benches in our garden.Reservations suggested, walk-ins welcome.

Event Description:

Calling all young scientists! Join us for Maker Mondays: Summertime Science on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM, at the Liberty Hall Museum in Union, NJ. Drop into our summer makerspace and pick a Kiwi Crate packed with engaging science experiments. Build, test, and explore at your own pace—stay as long as you like!

Designed for students in grades 1–5 (with caregiver supervision), this creative, hands‑on event encourages curiosity through physics, chemistry, and engineering. Feel free to bring a snack or lunch and enjoy the beautiful museum garden while you tinker.

  • Choose your own Kiwi Crate science project

  • Family-friendly, open-format drop-in

  • Picnic tables and garden benches available

  • Reservations suggested; walk‑ins welcome
